Advisory, not agency
We sit alongside CEOs, CHROs and boards as a strategic counterpart, not a vendor. Engagements are scoped around clarity and decisions — talent strategy reviews, leadership search architecture, hiring process design, employer brand positioning, and workforce planning grounded in real market insight.
Discreet by default
New engagements arrive through introduction. Briefs, organizational context and competitive intelligence stay closely held. Our standing is built on judgment and discretion, not visibility.
A small number of engagements
We take on a limited number of clients at any one time. Each receives the depth the work requires: original market research, candid stakeholder interviews, considered recommendations, and the time to implement them well.
